What we collect

Your email address, and the country your connection comes from, when you join the waitlist. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person sent the form, and Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies.

Why

To tell you when songfall opens, and to send you one welcome email now. We don't sell your email or use it for anything else. If you're in the EU or the UK, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by leaving the list.

Who handles it

Cloudflare hosts the site, Neon stores the list, and Resend sends the emails. Each of them may process your data outside Australia, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

Until songfall opens and we've told you, or until you leave the list, whichever comes first.

Your choices

Reply to any email or write to hello@songfall.app to leave the list, see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. If you're unhappy with how we handled a privacy request, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, or, in the EU or the UK, to your local data protection authority.
